Refund Policy

1. Digital Services and Software

At Minted Mind, we provide bespoke software development, consulting, and digital services. Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of software engineering, all sales and finalized contracts are generally non-refundable.

2. Milestone Approvals

For large development projects, work is broken down into milestones. Once a client approves a milestone and payment is released, that specific payment is strictly non-refundable as it covers labor and resources already expended.

3. SaaS and Maintenance Subscriptions

If you have purchased an ongoing software maintenance or SaaS subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service used.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Minted Mind , concerning your access to and use of the minded-mind.com  website and our software development services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific Statement of Work (SOW), Minted Mind retains all intellectual property rights to the pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks used during development. Upon full payment of custom development services, the client is granted a perpetual, exclusive license to the final, compiled custom software product.

3. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and that all registration and project information you submit will be true, accurate, and current.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Minted Mind be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software we develop, including lost profit or lost data.

Shipping Policy (For Digital/Software Service Delivery)

1. Delivery Method

Minted Mind  operates strictly as a digital and software services provider. We do not ship physical products. All deliverables, including source code, compiled applications, API keys, and consulting documents, are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for custom software development are highly variable and will be explicitly defined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract.

3. Access to Deliverables

Upon completion of a project or milestone, digital deliverables will be transferred to you via secure cloud storage links, direct repository transfers (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), or deployed directly to your designated server environments as agreed upon in the project scope.

4. Acceptance of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the digital files have been transmitted to the client, or the software has been deployed to the live environment and passes the agreed-upon User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
